✧ General Rules ✧

✧ Payment

- 50% upfront, 50% due before final delivery
- Payments accepted via CashApp Or Paypal Business.
- Work will not begin until initial payment is received
- Final artwork will not be delivered until full payment is completed

✧ Process

- A sketch will be provided for approval before continuing
- Two minor revisions are included during the sketch phase
- Additional revisions after approval may incur extra fees

✧ Turnaround Time

- Estimated turnaround: 3-4 weeks (depending on complexity)
- Rush orders are available for an additional fee
- Rush turnaround: 3 days - 1 week (depending on complexity)
- Any delays will be communicated

✧ Communication

- Clear visual references are required (images preferred); ex: character images, poses, outfits, or mood boards
- I may ask questions to better understand your vision
- Progress updates will be provided at key stages (sketch, flat color, final).

✧ Usage & Rights

- Artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
- I retain the right to post and share the artwork
- Credit is required when reposting or using the artwork publicly

✧ Refunds & Cancellations

- Refunds are not available once work has begun
- If I cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued

- I reserve the right to decline any commission
- All work will follow my Will / Will Not Draw guidelines
